Mint & Cucumber Infused Water Recipe: Refreshing & Detoxifying Hydration


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients – Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and lemon. Rinse the fresh mint leaves.
  2. Combine in a Pitcher – In a large pitcher, add the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves.
  3. Add Water & Chill – Pour in the cold water and stir gently. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Serve & Enjoy – Pour over ice cubes if desired and enjoy this cooling, naturally flavored infused water.
