Introduction
Masala Chai is a warm, spiced, and aromatic drink traditionally made with black tea, but this caffeine-free version allows you to enjoy the comforting flavors without the tea. Made with warm milk (or almond milk), cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger, this soothing beverage is perfect for relaxation and digestion. Whether you’re winding down in the evening or looking for a cozy, spiced drink, this Caffeine-Free Masala Chai is a delicious and nourishing option.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon)
  • 3 green cardamom pods, crushed
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ground ginger)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk – In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat. Do not let it boil.
  2. Add the Spices – Stir in the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger. Let the mixture simmer gently for 5-7 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse.
  3. Strain & Sweeten – Remove from heat and strain the chai to remove the whole spices. Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Serve & Enjoy – Pour into a mug and enjoy warm. Optionally, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.

This Caffeine-Free Masala Chai is a comforting and aromatic spiced drink, perfect for relaxation and wellness!
