Recipe:
- 1 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
Instructions:
Serve chilled.
Boil hibiscus petals, ginger, and cloves in water for 10 minutes.
