Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe: Energizing Superfood Drink for Health & Vitality


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water (for hydration and electrolytes)
  • 1/2 cup fresh acai puree or frozen acai pulp
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (for energy boost)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for added flavor and antioxidants)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled drink)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients – In a blender, combine coconut water, acai puree, pineapple chunks, banana, honey (if using), maca powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  3. Adjust Consistency – If the drink is too thick, add a little more coconut water. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Serve and Enjoy – Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a pineapple slice, and enjoy immediately!
