- 200 grams potatoes
- 500 grams sweet potatoes
- 30 grams coriander seeds
- 20 grams cumin seeds
- 20 grams fennel seeds

- 50 grams turmeric powder
- 20 grams garam masala
- 20 grams coconut milk powder
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 100 grams yogurt
- 50 grams chopped cilantro
- 20 grams lemon juice
Instructions:
- Roast the Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the potatoes and sweet potatoes for about 20 minutes. Peel and mash them after roasting.
- Toast and Grind the Spices:
