For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Step 2: Bake the Feta & Tomatoes

  1. Place the whole block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish.
  2. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the feta.
